Great locaiton, next to car park, and worth every penny
Very dog friendly, 10 minute walk to the theater and Very close to down town area
Excellent rooms and food, everything was very clean.
The location of the accommodation is ideal for exploring the city on foot. A parking garage with costs is located directly next to the hotel. You get a discount from IBIS.
The breakfast was unfortunately a little smaller in the selection than in other IBIS hotels (e.g. Edinburgh).
Staff and accommodation very good.
Breakfast not very varied. The cutlery always totally dirty. Dishes not always clean either. The breakfast price is clearly too high for something like this!
Very central location, within walking distance of the city centre. Nice staff, rooms well equipped with hair dryer and electric kettle
no hotel parking spaces, parking garage right next door, cost per day 12 pounds(6 pounds hotel discount was at least ok)
The hotel is located directly in the centre. But you couldn't hear the traffic noise in the room. The morning buffet had something for everyone.
unfortunately there was no parking space. But the public parking garage is right next door. But this is VERY narrow at the exit.
The Ibis is right next to Tiger Tiger so its ideal for a night out which is why we went. The rooms have everything you need and the beds are so comfy!! The reception and snack bar are open 24hrs so you can also get a drunken pizza on your way up to the room
The only thing is you have to pay £10 to use the tv in your room. This wasnt too big a deal though as we didnt spend much time in the room anyway
Very central, good value for money.
Room opposite nightclub entrance so street a bit noisey in early hours. Expected that so no surprises.
Friendly and helpful staff, near the shops
i had a problem with the tv. they worked hard to fix it and when that didn't work they gave me a free breakfact
bedroom floors inconsistent bar prices breakfast bacon
Very nice rooms. Very good beds. Slept very well. Nice staff.
We stayed two nights at the hotel. We expected that the room would be cleaned once during the stay. We had to ask for new towels, and the staff did not empty the the full bucket with waste in the bathroom. When we asked for an extra duvet, we had to ask several times before we got one, and then it did not have a duvet case on it. We did not ask again for that. On the first room we got, the lock went wrong and I had to go up and down four times to try a new key. Then I said that I would not come down anymore before they fixed it. We had to get a new room. For the future, don't send a guest up to 3 floor to try new keys more than 1 or 2 times. On one room there had been drinking champange, and the bottles and glasses was put outside the room on the floor. Please ask your staff to move items like that. It dont look good for guests when dirty glasses are standing on the floor for several days.
convenient to transport links and city centre and friendly and helpful staff.
Close to the station
There was half a bottle of buckfast on the shelf nest to the spare pillow. The bed looked like it had dirty sheets as there were hairs on them and you can tell a freshly made bed when the sheets are clean. The bed wasnt made properly either. The towels smelt of curry and were obviously dirty as well. I would have complained about the room but was too tired as I had an early flight so I just slept on the bed with my clothes on. Not impressed!
