    Perfect

The Ibis is right next to Tiger Tiger so its ideal for a night out which is why we went. The rooms have everything you need and the beds are so comfy!! The reception and snack bar are open 24hrs so you can also get a drunken pizza on your way up to the room

The only thing is you have to pay £10 to use the tv in your room. This wasnt too big a deal though as we didnt spend much time in the room anyway

    Very good

Very nice rooms. Very good beds. Slept very well. Nice staff.

We stayed two nights at the hotel. We expected that the room would be cleaned once during the stay. We had to ask for new towels, and the staff did not empty the the full bucket with waste in the bathroom. When we asked for an extra duvet, we had to ask several times before we got one, and then it did not have a duvet case on it. We did not ask again for that. On the first room we got, the lock went wrong and I had to go up and down four times to try a new key. Then I said that I would not come down anymore before they fixed it. We had to get a new room. For the future, don't send a guest up to 3 floor to try new keys more than 1 or 2 times. On one room there had been drinking champange, and the bottles and glasses was put outside the room on the floor. Please ask your staff to move items like that. It dont look good for guests when dirty glasses are standing on the floor for several days.

    Close to the station

There was half a bottle of buckfast on the shelf nest to the spare pillow. The bed looked like it had dirty sheets as there were hairs on them and you can tell a freshly made bed when the sheets are clean. The bed wasnt made properly either. The towels smelt of curry and were obviously dirty as well. I would have complained about the room but was too tired as I had an early flight so I just slept on the bed with my clothes on. Not impressed!

    Perfect

It is very central to Union Street and shopping centrer. It was near the train and bus stations. Close to bars and restaurants. Bed very comfortable and room clean and spacious.

There was only one towel per person could have used another hand towel.

The prices on the menu where different to what one paid ,I had a dessert listed at £3.95 Charged £4.25 also wine listed at £5.50 charged £6.50.maybe minimal ,in my opinion incorrect .also similar to Ibis at gatwick no loo brush and I am most particular re cleanliness in the bathroom .

    Nice

    close to the train station

i phoned the hotel 3 days prior to arriving and was told they had no reservation in my name, after 40 mins n the phone they eventually found it.on arrival on the friday i went to check in at reception and was told yet again that they had no booking in my name,i then had to phone my bank from my mobile, heavy cost,to confirm that i had paid in april for a 2 night stay at the ibis,it was only then at reception did they find my booking.they then asked for payment, saying i had not paid,i yet again had to phone the bank to confirm this.i then went to my room and looked at the snack menu, not very appetising,so i went and got fish and chips and ate that in my room.i won't be recommending the ibis hotel aberdeen to anyone i know.lovely staff, but very poor english.and will not be staying there on my next visit to aberdeen

Very clean, reasonable value and helpful pleasant staff.

The fact that I was expected to pay £9.99 to watch the TV! I only wanted to watch the news!
